I live in a beautiful historic home across the street from City Park very close to downtown and CSU. I am offering a secluded separate top floor guest suite. The space is a one-bedroom with king bed and private bath. I can also provide two twin beds instead of the king if this is preferred. For the month of February the host will be off premises providing a totally private experience in the charming suite.

My wife and I stayed here one night as an overnight for the MS 150. The house is very conveniently located to CSU which made it easy to be back on campus at 5:30 AM on Sunday. We were only in the house to sleep and use the bathroom so we can not speak to the amenities in the home…

Response from Jennifer:
I am sorry for the annoyance of the miller moths for Mike and his wife during their short stay, but want to let them and other potential guests understand about miller moths in Colorado and their migration pattern and nuisance factor. These moths have nothing to do with "Cleanliness" and are an annual pest in areas of eastern Colorado, lasting approximately 2 to 3 weeks during their migration. Some years are worse than others, but eventually they die or migrate on to the mountains. My guest rooms are not UNCLEAN, the moths are just migrating through the area and controlling them would require hourly vacuuming or swatting. Most of us who have lived in Colorado for years understand this nuisance. We do the best we can to eradicate them, but generally just put up with them until they have passed through the area. Here are two articles that will explain the moths and that they are a very normal part of spring migration through Colorado. (Website hidden by Airbnb) (Website hidden by Airbnb) Again they have nothing to do with Cleanliness at my guest house! I beg to differ with Mike's Cleanliness feedback.

This was such a cute little spot in a great part of town. The accommodations were large and comfortable and when we had some issues with the air conditioning, our problem was acknowledged and rectified quickly. There was a bit of a moth issue, but sometimes there isn’t anything y…
