We are really surprised to see this review. Since the moment you made your reservation we established an open communication with you to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We even allowed your grandparents to check in instead of you as a courtesy.
I would like to stress the fact that you didn't report any single issue mentioned above during your stay so there was no possible way for us to make it right.
After each stay, we do a thorough apartment cleaning with special attention on restrooms using chemicals designed for each area and have it inspected to make sure our cleanliness standards are met and also we check that everything is working properly: Water Heater, Internet Modem, HDTV and kitchen appliances.
As you could see in the pictures before making your reservation, the rooms had no lamps, just regular ceiling lightning, so we don't understand why you had that expectation of having lamps on each room.
We value an honest feedback because that's the only way to keep improving and providing an outstanding experience as most of our guest agree and have experienced but once again, we regret to see this type of review without any previous notice and opportunity to make it right.
