- Kitchen and own foods
You can use the kitchenette for the preparation of meals like lunch and dinner. Wash the dishes you use;
It is recommended to turn off the stove and appliances whenever you use them. I buy all the products for common use, but you have to buy your own food. For any need, ask the person in charge of the house.
I leave everything you need for breakfast in the kitchen wooden shelves: milk, juice one single-dose, maximum two croissants or plum cake (single-dose), jam in the fridge, instant coffee, coffee for coffee machine, sugar, tea and infusions.
- Toilet, Air conditioners, Lights and heaters
It is recommended that a proper and civil use of the toilets not throwing anything in the toilet (Please use the appropriate bins for rubbish supplied).
Please always open the window after take shower.
It is recommended to switch off the lights and air conditioners/heaters whenever close the taps and showers as well to not waste water. Turn off the light and the fan if you are not in the room. Do not waste energy.
Damages caused by non-observance of the correct use of the above will be charged to the guests. So be careful with all the items of the apartment, if you break anything, you have to replace or pay for it;
When you are at the bathroom lock the door, when you leave let the door open, if the door is closed it means that there is someone inside;
IMPORTANT: At the bathroom always collect your hair from the floor and of the shower. Maintain the cleanliness.
- Keys delivery
The owner or some friend of the house will deliver to you the keys of the room and the keys of house (door and home) in case of loss there is a penalty of up to € 100.00 fully payable host, to change the main lock.
- Respect others
In accordance with the Regulation and the rules dictated by the Municipal Police, it is required to observe silence during the hours between 2.00 and 4.00 PM and from 10.00 PM to 8.00 AM.
In all the shared areas is allowed to smoke in moderation and always keep opened the windows and using the appropriate ashtrays. The observance of this rule stems from the non smokers or future guests. It is standard for fire prevention.
Maintain order and cleanliness;
During the period that you are here, the flat is yours, you must take care of the flat, as cleaning, keeping tidy and organized;
Do not accumulate trash in the apartment; there is a place to deposit trash on the street.
