5 minute walk to the town centre with it's selection of cafes, restaurants and bars and 1 minute from Victoria Park with the Burton Art Gallery/cafe, play areas and outdoor swimming pool. Bideford quay is only 5 minutes walk away with views of the river and Bideford's historic old bridge.
We are only 5 minutes drive to the surf at Westward Ho! and Instow beaches.

Picturesque Instow beach is only 5-10 minutes away, this fine sandy beach has three popular pubs and excellent food.
Cyclists and walkers will love the Tarka line which runs through Bideford and the South West coast path is only 5 minutes away.
Kids will love The Milky Way theme park only 15 minutes away.
