Situated in the prestigious Flamingo Park Historic District on one of the nicest streets (Georgia Avenue), this 1936 historically landmarked cottage offers historic charm with the conveniences of a modern home.



Flamingo is a completely private, standalone cottage, and sleeps up to 4 guests maximum with 1 bedroom plus a double sofa bed in the spacious living room. In addition to the bedroom and living room, the house features a dining area, large kitchen, washer/dryer and a beautiful, sunny terrace to the front with lounge chairs, a table and umbrella and a sitting area.
