The space
The neighborhood is diverse and working class, yet fairly quiet and family oriented. This neighborhood is in historic Sandfly. It has plenty of restaurants and unique trendy shops like Pink Door and Sweet Tea Home & Gifts walking distance from the house. Grab a margarita at Tequila Town or Jalapeno's Mexican Restaurant. Night person? Have a beer and shoot some pool at Deb's Pub, walk back to your room, no uber or DUI necessary. Want to eat chicken and waffles in the morning? Eat breakfast at Loc's or have coffee that we provided in the house. Wormsloe Plantation is a 3 minute drive from the house if you're into walking trails, history and museums. We're also only 9.8 miles from downtown depending on where you're going. You take Harry Truman Parkway and it's a straight shot to downtown.
