The space
An intimate and modern residence that has preserved the originality of the Mauritian atmosphere with open verandas, fish ponds, herbs and spices in the yard and this warmth so characteristic of us. Technology is present with Wi-Fi, flat screens and satellite TV and ecology is omnipresent with rainwater harvesting and composting. Three parking spaces are available. The houses are equipped with air conditioners.

You can enjoy the beach a few minutes’ walk down the road and in two minutes you will find yourself in the sugar fields for a jog, mountain bike or a walk. Two supermarkets, a few restaurants, a pharmacy with doctor, a hairdresser, a massage parlour and places of worship complete this picture. Two kilometres away is the lighthouse of Albion, one of the only two lighthouses in operation in Mauritius.
In the Albion lagoon, some speed boats and local pirogues are available for a tour or for a fishing party.
