Open plan living and dining creates a totally relaxed atmosphere for lounging around on the huge cosy couch, enjoying the wide screen TV or looking out across the balcony to the pool. The gas BBQ is conveniently located on the balcony with direct access back to the kitchen and living room. You can even watch the kids in the pool while you cook the BBQ!
Bedrooms and bathroom; Ideally suited to accommodate two couples or one couple with 2 young children. The master bedroom features a queen size bed, ensuite, TV and split system AC. The second bedroom has a double bed, built in robes, and split system AC. There is also a double blow up mattress available by prior request so linen can be provided. Both bedrooms are on the third level together with the family bathroom. The powder room with a third toilet is adjacent to the living room on the second level.
Parking; The single garage is suitable for a car or jet skis and offers internal access to the property. There is also additional parking in the courtyard and some nearby street parking.
