Gorgeous, self contained accommodation situated in the heart of Beaulieu village. Comfortable king size Lombok bed. En suite shower room. Well equipped, self catering, galley kitchen. Use of patio garden looking wide expanse of lawn and flower beds.

The space
The Roost is situated in a family home a short walk to the High Street, Palace House & the National Motor Museum. It is a well designed ground floor, open plan studio with modern kitchen, comfortable sitting area, dining table, large cosy bed and en suite shower room.

Guest access
The village has a wonderful selection of shops, cafes and a pub as well as the award winning Terrace Restaurant at the Montagu Arms Hotel. Enjoy popular walks to the historic village of Bucklers Hard and surrounding areas.

We are ideally located for excursions to Exbury, Lymington, Hurst Castle and the Isle of Wight.

I have lived in the New Forest for twenty years having retired from the heady world of fashion. Here we were welcomed in to a very warm and welcoming community with our children who were able to grow up experiencing everything the New Forest has to offer. There is a good deal! We are passionate about the countryside and the heritage of the New Forest and are keen riders. We have two horses (at present!) who live at the house. We enjoy the outdoor life whether we are in the garden, walking in the forest, on the beach or sailing our little boat on Beaulieu River. We enjoy the company of people, be they old or young, and enjoy nothing more than cooking for family and friends!
