The space
Our quaint building lies right in the heart of Ruzafa in a quiet, pedestrian-only street. It’s 4-floors tall and it holds 8 cozy apartments, all of them available for short or medium stays. At street level. The building has been completely renovated recently, it’s nicely decorated and in a quiet street away from all the busy and lively bars, terraces and restaurants nearby. There are plenty of supermarkets and shops nearby, the closest metro station is Bailén (10-minute walk) and there is a bus stop near the building from which you can go to the City of Arts and Science, the beach, the Council Square, and all other attractions across the city.
The apartment and the building are as they look in the pictures – tall ceilings with exposed bricks and wooden beams, modern furniture, and a comfortable and cozy bed. These apartments are designed to make your stay with us an enjoyable and trouble-free experience.
Stay within a short walking distance of some of the city’s most iconic monuments and attractions, stroll around the narrow and picturesque ancient streets, sit down at an outdoor terrace to enjoy the city’s balmy weather, and eat some tapas or perhaps a paella. Get ready to enjoy all that Valencia has to offer!

Ruzafa is undoubtedly one of the hippest neighborhoods in Valencia. It’s a lively, bohemian area right in the center of the city, close to both train stations Estación del Norte and Estación Joaquín Sorolla, the plaza de toros (bull ring), and not far from Plaza del Ayuntamiento (Council Square) and the Old Town.
Ruzafa boasts a wide range of trendy restaurants, pubs, local shops, clubs and a large town market where you will be able to buy fresh food and produce. It’s a vibrant area, gay-friendly and open-minded. Its location is central, it’s close to the old river bed, now transformed into one of the largest urban green areas in Europe, called Jardines del Turia (Turia Gardens), a blissful green garden where many locals go to cycle, jog or just chill out and enjoy the balmy, sunny weather. In the old river bed you’ll find the monumental and breathtaking City of Arts and Science, a modern architecture marvel designed by the famed local architect Santiago Calatrava. In this monumental complex you will find the Aquarium (the largest in Europe), the Opera House, L’Hemisferic (a 360º, 3D cinema) and the Science Museum among other gorgeous structures. All in all, Ruzafa is definitely the place to be, not only for its terrific atmosphere, but also for its location and its hipster spirit.
