About this listing
My 1880s railroad-worker house has been transformed into a one bedroom retreat with a fun 'stay-at-home' atmosphere and a super easy 'out-on-the-town' location. It has perfect access to downtown, campuses, the convention center and all the arts!
The house is well loved and hand-made. Buckets of creative hours put in by family and friends makes for a space that feels good.

Use it all and use it well!
Leave it just a little dirtier than you found it.
For my neighbors... when using the back deck keep to normal conversational volume and be extra quiet after 10pm. Thanks!

• I love cross country skiing at night to a cabin that needs to be heated up with a wood fire.
• I started drinking coffee in my 40s.
• Grew up in Toronto, Undergrad in Vancouver, Masters in Halifax, six years in San Francisco, ended up in Denver so far.
• I love Denver! The only thing I knew about Denver before moving here was John Denver's Greatest Hits that I loved singing along to with my sisters when I was a kid.
