Cozy apartment in an old building in the center of Salerno, in a quiet area, close to the Villa Comunale and the Giuseppe Verdi theater, the new and majestic Piazza della Libertà and a few hundred meters from the port from which the connections with the beautiful Amalfi Coast depart.
The elegant apartment, decorated with French ceramics, is on the third floor and the building has an elevator.

The space
The apartment opens with a living/ living area and study corner and a large dining room with large table for 6/8 people.
The kitchen is equipped with gas stoves and induction cooker, fridge, dishwasher, oven, toaster, electric kettle, citrus juices, cooking utensils, and everything you need to prepare meals.
From the kitchen you can access the large garden by staircase, adorned with flowers and fragrant jasmine plants, furnished with ceramic tables of Vietri, chairs, sun awnings, sun loungers, armchairs, solar shower, it is the preferred location to consume breakfast in the morning, before embarking on the discovery of beautiful places on the nearby Amalfi Coast, for relaxation and also to enjoy wonderful dinners on the hot summer evenings in absolute tranquility.
Also equipped with a fountain and barbecue, as well as a lighting system, wifi and irrigation system, the garden is an element of differentiation of the structure.
The three double bedrooms are equipped with every comfort, bright and modernly furnished, they have a private bathroom, LED TV, cable internet and wi-fi, air conditioning, safe, hairdryer, courtesy kit, soft bath linens.
A cot or folding bed can be added on request (extra cost of €20.00 per stay for the cot; €25.00 per person per night for the extra bed)
There is also a fourth bathroom with a sink, toilet and washing machine.
