If you like camping this basic well-priced accommodation in a stunning location may be for you. Wonderful cozy comfy bed in an unheated room (small electric heater), looking onto a shared walkway/courtyard, and then on to the sea. Co-ed shower block with small electric heater. Friendly helpful staff, and a large lounge room with fire for the evenings. In the summer expect with would be idyllic, just be ready to bundle up in winter.

Beautiful place and cozy living area and fireplace! Shared toilet slightly inconvenient and the heater didn't help a lot with the cold but nevertheless a clean and comfortable room to stay in.

Sam's place has something special: a soul. And the location just in front of the sea is amazing, we loved it! Easy communication with Sam. Recommended!

Unique place with great views. Probably amazing in summer. It was far too cold to use the shower (the bathrooms are shared and separate from the main house, not heated) but we were only there one night so it wasnt an issue. Otherwise really lovely! Ping pong table a major plus!

Response from Sam:
There is a heater in both bathrooms.

This place was okay, the place is quite old and in a bit of disrepair but is cheap so I guess fair for the price The door to our room didn't feel very secure and there were gaps for the cold air to seep in from the bottom and sides, but the linens were nice and clean. The bed was incredibly soft, maybe not so good if you're used to sleeping one firmer mattress. The bathroom was just a few toilet and shower stalls in a unisex setup, open to the cold so one needed a bit of extra motivation to get in the shower in the morning. The view was incredible, as they are located right off the ocean road, and I could see the ocean from my room which was nice.

Response from Sam:
The door is fine, they had kicked off the weather stop on the bottom that has been put back. Bathrooms have a main door as well as separate inside doors and there is a heater.
