Tranquil apartment situated in S'Agaro with restricted side sea views from balcony.

My place is indicated specially for nature lovers as the apartment is next to 'Cami de Ronda' the walkway where you can admire the beauty of the Costa Brava (see pictures).

Easy walking access to the beaches of Sant Pol (10 minutes), Sant Feliu (15 minutes) and 'La Conca' (20 minutes), times depending on fitness and route.
There is a map in the apartment providing shortcuts to move around Sant Feliu.

The space
This apartment has a large sunny terrace in the morning with side sea views, there is a dining-living room, double room, single room with two beds, bathroom and kitchen. It is ideal for families or two adult couples.

Guest access
The common spaces in the building are the car park and entrances areas/corridors. Next to the building you can find direct access to 'Cami de Ronda', a walkway across the Costa Brava where you can explore the coastline and discover breathtaking views every single step.

In the summer, due to the highes influx of tourists in the area, please be mindful of parking correctly (not taking two spaces) and showing the apartment number (provided by us) on your car windscreen. This way, the building neighbours can control unwelcome guests parking there.

Other things to note
Catalonia (region) has a tourist tax for each individual staying in a tourist apartment for each night per guest over 15 years old. In 2025/26, the charge was 0.6 Euros up to a maximum of 7 nights. As hosts, our responsibility is to request this money through Airbnb claim request -Tourist Tax- after your arrival day.

It is also our responsibility to register the police for each single one of the guests staying in the apartment. I will request ID details (front picture) of everyone staying in our place through Airbnb before the guest's arrival.

I have lived in the UK for over a decade and now travelling a lot due to work. In my home town in Spain I miss the most the sun light. I love walking along 'Cami de Ronda' (coastal walkaway) every day when I am in S'Agaro and feel the sea breeze coming from the bay with it's salty smell. When visiting I prefer to leave the car parked and walk everywhere. Black coffee is very important to me first thing in the morning and dark chocolate (up to 80% cocoa) is my favourite treat. On my past trips I have had great times relaxing in Santorini, walking New York city from Bronx to Brooklyn, hiking Iceland landscapes, discovered hidden museums in Bruges, enjoying spa and beaches in Menorca, I dance on Bilbao's BBK festival, I keep enjoying the company of my good friend Oihana in San Sebastian, also I am discovering Zug and the landscapes in Switzerland and I had lots of fun dancing and drinking guinness in Dublin to mention one of the few places I have visited.
