ABOUT THE CONDO
Put your feet up in the light-filled living room, taking in the beach views right from the couch. A 32” flat screen TV provides entertainment and three roomy armchairs offer additional seating.
Meal prep is a pleasure in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, coffeemaker, and pantry. Enjoy a home-cooked meal and plan the next day’s activities around the five-person dining table.
The condo’s two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room sleep six comfortably.
The bright and beachy master bedroom features a king bed, reading chair, and balcony access. The en-suite bathroom includes a vanity open to the bedroom, a tub/shower combination, and a separate water closet.
In the second bedroom, guests will sleep soundly in two twin beds—the room also has a 19” TV, dresser, and sliding glass doors out to the balcony. Down the hall, the guest bath is configured with a tub/shower combination.
Extras include complimentary Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer/dryer, and parking for two cars (one covered, one outdoor).
The condo community offers wonderful guest amenities, including a swimming pool facing the beach, a hot tub, grilling and lounge areas, and outdoor showers. A gate behind the pool leads right to the beach, where you can get your feet in the sand and splash in the waves of the Gulf.
For eats, there are many restaurants minutes away. You’ll love the Seabreeze Island Grill for fresh seafood, and Wahoo’s Waterside Pub and Patio for meals on the water. Want to catch your dinner? Head over to the Redington Long Pier for some of the best fishing in the Tampa area.
Just a few minutes north, you’ll find the Town Square Nature Park, where you can stroll the boardwalks along the Intracoastal Waterway and view all kinds of wildlife. Redington Shores is also home to several other green spaces including Constitution Park with a playground for kids, and Del Bello Park with a kayak launch.

Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
