Recently remodeled apartment is ideally located one block from Abbott-Northwestern Hospital, the Greenway, Midtown Global Market and Eat Street. Also a hop away from a direct Metro Transit route to/from MOA to the U.S. Bank Stadium on through downtown to Target Center and Field. The studio has been fully renovated, including hardwood floors, kitchen, full bath, new appliances and furnishings. The space
Both studios are very cozy environments, which are well-appointed, including new Queen bedroom sets and mattresses. USB access ports are located on top of the nightstand and behind the Bluetooth-enabled stereo radio/alarm clock. Each studio has a dedicated WiFi network and 43" ultra- HD Roku TV with a Netflix, Prime, HBONow, and Showtime subscription.

Guest access
The first-floor studio private entrance is in the rear on the southwest corner of the building. From the front of the building follow the sidewalk around the north-side past the side entrance (over the steps) and the gazebo to the very end of the sidewalk. Parking is in the back (off-alley) adjacent to the entrance. There is another entrance door within the building to a shared stairwell with access to the washer and dryer in the basement.
