We had the most amazing stay at Francois place!!!!!!! The apartement is located in a super quiet and secure though super hip and vibrant neighbourhood. We fell in love with the minimalistic interior Design. Everything was so beautifully and tastefully arranged. Even better than we expected. The minute we got there, we already felt at 'home'. The Communication with Francois was impeccable. We could contact and reach him at any time. He was a very welcoming and caring host. All in all an unforgettable stay. Thank you! We will be back very soon.

absolutely! The house is lovely; beautifully built and tastefully decorated. Superb bed and shower. Francois was incredibly kind and helpful, even lifting me in to my office for the two mornings I was there. Highly recommended! thanks Sheldene! My stay with Francois was awesome. His place is a quick 10-minute walk or so from a lot of Woodstock's shops and galleries. The actual apartment is also great for hanging out after all the walking, too. It's clean and open and has a nice central patio that lets fresh air move through the whole house. Francois is a great host, too. We met up for drinks in the city and had a blast. I'd definitely stay again.

Francois was a very welcoming and accommodating host - even allowing us to check-in a day early on short notice after I booked the wrong dates for our stay. His house is located in a very convenient and characterful spot within Woodstock, within easy walking distance of several cafes and restaurants, convenience shops, laundrette, MyCitiBus and the Old Biscuit Mill (cafe, restaurants and Saturday foodie market). The house is quaint and minimalistic in decor but provides a quiet, welcoming refuge after the day's activities. We slept very well and the shower was very good (a big plus in my book), however a word of caution for couples: the bathroom offers no privacy from the bedroom, the two being only separated by a partial wall. Same goes for privacy from the rest of the house, the bedroom door is a folding slatted door leading off the kitchen. This didn't really bother us, as we were mostly up and out quite early in the day, but might not be suitable for people looking for real privacy or to sleep in.

Francois' room is really lovely and he was a welcoming host. The room is quite close to the other living spaces and so does not provide complete privacy but it is spacious and light and very comfortable.

We felt like home staying with Francois. Everything was just perfect! The area is lovely & a short drive to the city center and to the airport. There are some nice places to eat around. Definitely try Burrata and the Neighborhood Market on Saturday in the Old Biscuit Mill!

Hello! I am a the academic coordinator of a design school in Cape Town, South Africa, and has a passion for art, design, architecture. I am quite quiet and like wondering through unknown streets by myself. I adore the dry humour of British comedies, the exquisite torment of French drama's, and if I would work anywhere else I would wish to do so on a stage in a theater.
