Within 10 minutes walk to ILT Stadium and Velodrome, 5 minutes to local tavern and 10 minutes to another. Local shops with takeaways, chemist, restaurant within 10 minutes walk.
Truck Museum 4 minutes drive and Motorcycle Mecca around 8 minutes drive.
Queens Park, a paradise of cool climate gardens & walkways, is nearby.
Bluff is only a 20 minute drive away.
1 1/2 -2 hours drive from Queenstown, Te Anau, Central Otago.

The space
Guests will have the kitchen, lounge, bathroom and conservatory, all to themselves.
There is a heat pump and wood fire. There will be some fire wood available for use.
Ken and I spend from November to April in a room at the back of house, with our own amenities, entrance. We come and go and are not always around.

Guest access
All property is available for guests except the garage and third bedroom of house. Property is accessed by a drive from street, where at top there is ample parking, and space to turn around.

Other things to note
There is a second dwelling on property, occupied by my sister. She will not interfere with you.
She is not the cleaner so best to not disturb her. Can be asked anything in an emergency.

Enjoy meeting all age groups and types of people. Have traveled to America, Europe, Japan and Asia. Originally from New Zealand and go back there often.
