Beautiful apartment, adjacent to Yorks train station car park and a 5 minute walk to the City Walls / centre. This is a brand new gated development with a private allocated parking space. The apartment has lift access, is fully furnished to a high spec. & it has a Juliette balcony. Sleeps up to 4 (King size bed + smaller double sofa bed). We also have 2 other Airbnb properties (do take a look) and over 1000 great reviews!!!

The space

Beautiful new Apartment on the second floor of a 5 story development. A spacious apartment with large windows and a Juliette balcony that provide lots of natural light. The Fully fitted kitchen contains a fridge freezer, Nespresso machine, electric oven, hob and microwave. Living area contains 4 seat dining table, a two seater sofa bed (small double bed size) plus additional two seater sofa, flat screen and internet access. The bedroom has a king size bed, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with large shower enclosure.

Guest access
Access to the building is via a secure gate using a fob or code. The apartment is accessible by a lift or stairs. The codes will be provided after booking. We will try to meet guests on arrival, but if this not possible we have a coded key box.

Other things to note
For guests staying longer than a week we will arrange a convenient time for apartment clean & linen change. If there are 3/4 guests using the apartment it should be noted that access to the bathroom is only from the bedroom.

The apartment now sleeps up to 4 people, as we have a quality Italian leather double sofa bed (Nicoletti Alcova 2 seater sofa bed) in situ.
