Beach house 51Kms from the city of Lima, a few meters from the sea, with a beautiful view of the large saltwater pool of the headquarters of the Emerald Club and the sea, a few meters from the beach in the emblematic Building of the spa designed by the best architect of the time (Weberhofer). The property has three floors with independent access from the first and third floors, each space has been remodeled and decorated to make the stay comfortable and comforting.

The space
Very central house, with luxury finishes, spacious spaces, and all the amenities. It has all the security measures for children and the elderly, in one of the most beautiful and safe spas in Peru. We have three flat screen TVs with HD cable TV and the main one with internet. The bandwidth of the WIFI is unlimited and has a contracted speed of 120Mbps!!!. We provide our guests with full bedding, face and bath towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner for their arrival; and although a washing machine is available (with detergent available for their arrival), for stays of more than 3 nights we leave a complete set of bedding and the linings of one of the armchairs to make the change. We have a staff in the spa available for when required, both to be able to welcome our guests, show them the house, nearby shops and points of interest, as well as to meet any additional requirements (cleaning, car wash, kitchen, shopping, or whatever they may require) prior coordination.
We will greet you upon arrival, and if you require bbs cars, cribs or extra we can coordinate it to be available upon arrival. We leave umbrellas and beach chairs available, also coolers!.

It is a family beach, very quiet, it has only a few meters with markets, restaurants, parks, medical services, and everything that may be needed! Outside of the summer season, all these services are available on the neighboring beach, where there is even a market.
