Just a five-minute drive from the charming Litchfield Green, you’ll find antique shops, cozy cafés, unique boutiques, and a picturesque town center perfect for unwinding. Outdoor lovers will appreciate the proximity to the trails and wildlife of White Memorial Foundation, the peaceful beauty of Topsmead State Forest, and winter adventures at Mohawk Mt. Ski Area.

The space
The Storybook Cape is cozy and charming with the convenience of uptown Litchfield just 3 miles away. Perfectly located, close to all the action but far enough for privacy and quiet nights.

The home has a brand new fully equipped kitchen, remodeled bathroom, hardwood floors and fresh paint throughout. The main living space has a TV, WiFi and a cozy dinning area. Both bedrooms have multiple windows, AC window units, a comfortable amount of space and lovely natural light.

There is a washer/dryer to use if need be.

Great for any and all travelers...kids as well! Pets are allowed with additional security deposit and pre-approval.
