Beautiful, relaxing setting, with brook flowing right behind the cabin. The cabin was very clean & tidy & creatively decorated. Hiking right out your front door by the river to views of the mountain and falls. Thank you for a delightful stay!

we had a good time during our stay in this house. it is clean and rustic, sits next to a creek, so you can hear running water when you open the window. we love to have breakfast at the front porch to take in the beautiful view, listening to water running, birds chirping, and morning ray hitting the porch. we have five people and felt quite comfortable and cozy there. all things considered, we like it there and the owner is super helpful and friendly. note:- if you are using mobile app for navigation, load up an offline gps navigation app such as HERE (download the map first) as cell signals is spotty in this part of the country.

Placer Cabin was one of our favorite Air B&Bs. It is in a beautiful location and was unique, peaceful & comfortable. Bryan gave us great ideas of things we could see and do while we were there. Check in as easy, he was friendly and we just felt comfortable. It was about 30 miles from Yellowstone with easy access. We also found Gardiner a charming town. Chico Hot Springs was close by, Livingston was about 20 miles away. The only problem for us was that we should have planned to stay there a couple more days. We would happily stay there again

Where to begin? Bryan's cabin is a gem hidden out of the beaten path, but only a short 1/2h trip to Yellowstone's north entrance. There's something about this house that makes you feel right at home. Sure, the beautiful bathroom, super-cozy front porch, and fully-furnished kitchen give you a city-like comfort where you wouldn't expect it, but there's something else about this house. A serenity that you will seldom find anywhere else. But the house wasn't the only highlight of our trip. Bryan came to check on us the day after we got in, and went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. My dad hurt his knee and had to use crutches for the remainder of our trip. We told Bryan the rest of us would hike up to the waterfall up the road, and he immediately offered to drive my dad up there. We all met at the top of the trail and enjoyed great conversations with Bryan, with whom it is such a pleasure to talk to. We even had to wake him up one night when we locked ourselves out, and he helped us out with a smile. If you're looking to experience Montana the right way, look no further and stay at Bryan's cabin!
