Charming modern independant airconditioned apartment (322 sq ft), owner's villa ground floor, waterside wooden terrace (160sq ft). This unique place offers a superb view over the anchorage of Grande anse d'Arlet and a direct and free access to our private dock and to the sea.
3 minutes walk from the quiet beach of Grande anse along our private lane.

The space
From the King size bed of this totally independant apartment, the view over the bay is exceptional.
The kitchenette overlooks the view through glass shutters. Very nice bathroom at the back with Italian shower and wall hung toilets.
This apartment is airconditioned. It is closed with large glass doors and black out curtains.
On the tropical wood terrace overlooking the sea, there is a steel table and two chairs, 2 deck chairs and a coffee table.
A few steps will lead you to the dock. You'll enjoy the outside shower under the coconut tree.
We have a garden landscaped on different levels with coconut trees, papaya trees, bougainvillae, ixoras, aloes, banana trees , visited by all the species of birds of the area.
The owners will give you plenty information and will offer you a welcome drink. We sometimes rent our villa , so you may share the access to the deck and the deck itself with the vacationers during their stay.
Live concerts on Saturday nights and Sundays in the waterside restaurants of Grande anse.
During school vacation, noisy parties can be held on the beach or on board the boats.

The cleaning fee (30 €) will be paid on arrival.
If you wish to visit the island, we recommend to rent a car, taxis being quite expensive and public transport random.
We rent a wooden bungalow (for 2 to 4) " charming bungalow superb view over the bay" .
We also rent our villa ("superbe villa bord de mer ponton privé Grande Anse"). In that case, you will share the access and the use of our deck .

Les Anses-d'Arlet, Le Marin, Martinique

After a 3 minutes walk on our private lane, you will be on the beach ( very secure for children). From the bungalow, and not farther than 10 kms away, you can choose between 5 very different but equally beautiful beaches: the very fine beach of Anses d'arlet ( restaurants on the beach), the very secluded Anse Noire (kayaks for rent) and Anses Dufour, anse à Lane and Anse mitan in Trois Ilets where you can go shopping and visit La pagerie Museum, (home to the Empress Josephine) or the sugar cane museum and La Savane des esclaves.
From Grande anse beach, you can go snorkelling (not far away is a famous diving site) or do scuba diving with one of the 4 diving clubs.Turtles can often be seen in the bay and in Anse Noire.
You can get a chance to see dolphins on a boat tour from la Pointe du Bout in Trois ilets.
There is also a nice walk to do from the bungalow up the hill (morne Champagne) and down to the village of Anses d'Arlet. And on Sunday night, enjoy the live concerts in the open air in a typical tropical house and garden at 'Ti sable' or on Saturday night at Bidjoul.
