Sunny, sheltered, comfortable, well equipped 3 bed house with great deck and garden overlooking Tasman Bay, Tahunanui Beach and views across the Bay to the Arthur Range. 5 minute walk down to the beach! Fantastic views and sun sets. Relax in the garden soaking the sun in the day and listening to the surf at night. We're off travelling so our home is available for you to enjoy. The space
All day sun, surprisingly sheltered from winds, lawn, large deck with large round table and seating for up to 8, gas BBQ and a large walk-in shower for your return from the beach!

Fantastic walking access down to the beach, playgrounds, beach reserve and local shops, bars and restaurants - take the steps leading down from Bisley Ave to Rocks Road. A couple of minutes drive to the Rocks Road waterfront restaurants etc and a few minutes drive to Nelson CBD. Easy access to Tahunanui attractions such as go-karting, trampoline park, water slide, laser tag etc.

Guest access
The entire living space will be yours to use. No one else will be living at the property. There is a storage room and garage in the basement which will not be available.

Other things to note
Apart from the 3 bedrooms, there is a laundry with a washing machine, open plan kitchen / dining room with ranch-slider leading to the large deck and garden, double glass doors lead from the dining area to the sunny living room. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, heated mirror (de-mist) and twin basins. There is a separate toilet.

The master bedroom has a super-king sized bed.

The house has unlimited fast fibre optic broadband over 5G wi-fi.

The appliances in the house include an LG 55" OLED 4k ultra smart TV, a B&O Bluetooth speaker, an espresso machine and coffee bean grinder, and microwave.

Each of the bedrooms has a desk, in case you need to work.

The garden has a raised platform for even better views. You are welcome to use but only at your own risk.

Our house is in what the local real estate agents call the "wet togs zone". After walking back from a swim at the beach, your swimming togs will still be wet! If you walk down Bisley Avenue you'll find some steps (about 100!) that go directly down to Rocks Road. Tahunanui Beach is across the road from there.
