Cottage comes with a dinghy with oars - explore the stream and abundant bird life or grab a glass of wine and invite your partner to take you on a romantic row up the stream at sundown :). I have provided lots of pillows, quilts, cushions and quality beds for guest comfort. Pot belly stove with a wood pile on site for toasty times in winter. Televisions provided in lounge and master bedroom. Screens on windows and doors. Undercover parking for two cars. Lounge room has windows on 3 sides for maximum views, rooms have abundant natural light and pretty views throughout. Lounge is furnished with comfy sofas with 3 chaises for maximum relaxation. Bike/easy walk path is a short row across the stream and takes you into Dunsborough for morning coffee and the papers. We sometimes leave our bikes on the other side chained to a tree.
Guests have the use of the entire house, a large undercover deck and one acre of grassed land.

Other things to note
We can only accept one small dog as the house is unsuitable for larger furry friends.The cottage is so close to the water that it presents safety issues for toddlers. The property is unfenced and set 50m back from the road.
Guests must provide own bed linen, towels etc.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
Bond is payable at the same time as the balance amount. The bond will be refunded within 3 days in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ..etc.
Exit instructions have been provided in the folder on top of the fridge, please follow them carefully as failure to complete them will result in additional cleaning charges being levied against your Bond at a minimum charge of $50 upwards.
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
