The space
Lupine Retreat

The mountains are calling, and this spacious 4BR/4BA retreat has all the amenities of home just minutes from the slopes. Beautifully updated, your luxury rental is located on a quiet cul-de-sac just up the road from Winter Park Ski Resort. The free ski shuttle will pick you up 150 feet from the front door.

Enjoy two master suites, two living rooms with TVs, and a high-end fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and new appliances. Take in mountain views from the furnished back deck with grill. Unwind in the private hot tub on the patio.

ABOUT THE CONDO

In the evenings, relax on the back deck and take in the mountain views while you grill your favorite foods on the gas barbeque. Later, get cozy in the living room on the plush couch and chair by the gas fireplace with stone surround, and watch a movie on the 37” TV.

The kitchen is beautifully remodeled with tile floors and all-new appliances, including a French-door refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, gas range/oven, and dishwasher.

The adjacent dining area has a large table with seating for eight.

Downstairs, you will find a second living room, furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa, love seat, armchair, 50” flat screen TV, and board games and DVDs for the family to enjoy. Step outside to the back patio to soak in your own private hot tub.

There are two bedrooms on the lower level, the first of which features a king bed and storage closet. The kids will love the second bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. The shared bathroom has a large double-sink vanity and a tiled tub/shower combination.

The first of two master bedrooms is located on the entry-level, just off the living room, and features a king bed with a beautiful carved headboard. The en-suite bathroom has a granite double-sink vanity and a tiled walk-in shower, plus a spacious walk-in closet.

Upstairs, you will find the second master bedroom, also furnished with a plush king bed. The en-suite bathroom has a double granite vanity, tiled walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. There is parking for two cars in the garage, and two on the driveway (street parking is not allowed in this neighborhood).

THE LOCATION

Winter Park Resort offers a variety of year-round mountain activities. In the winter, enjoy skiing, snowboarding, and tubing, as well as guided mountain tours, ice skating, and ski biking.

During the summer, take the family horseback riding, mountain biking, rock climbing, or hiking along scenic mountain trails. The area around this rental is almost completely surrounded by forests and peaks -- perfect for the group looking for a vacation full of outdoor adventures.

All along Highway 40, you will find a wide variety of dining options. Choose from pubs, bistros, pizza shops, and Mexican restaurants. There are bakeries, seafood grills, and even a smokehouse BBQ. You will also find the Hideaway Park Brewery and Winter Park Winery for a lesson in local libations.

Parking notes: There is free parking for 2 vehicles. Look for the rental address (#525) on the left of the garage. There is room for 2 vehicles in the driveway and 2 in the garage. There is no on-street parking allowed.
