I found the info & photos about tent camping somewhat misleading. Lara apparently thought I was sleeping in my car yet that was never mentioned. The property has minimal space for a tent and I had to squeeze my 2 person tent into a corner as there was simply few options. I think if they removed a lot of the junk sitting around in the yard it would be more comfortable for someone camping in a tent. Definitely was not worth $25/night and I stayed only 1 night despite paying for 2 nights. I had much better experience paying $20 plus staying in an RV park with much more space and much quieter. I would recommend this to another who plans to camp in the Cabo Area. You will be much happier in an RV park for the same (or less) amount of money. I got very little sleep despite wearing ear plugs due to the continual noise in the area being on busy streets.

What a wonderful hidden gem! As I'm motorcycling through Mexico I chose the tent site. Its a beautiful tropical garden area. It couldn't be situated better to the main area except without the noise and congestion. The shower was great and had plenty of hot water. A real nice extra is their family wood oven pizza place. Great food and chill place steps from your accomodations. And though Lara was out of town communication was perfect and her husband Marteen was a helpful chill guy to me. Gracias!

Had a very nice stay with Lara and Martin, who were very welcoming/friendly, happy to offer suggestions on the local scene, and speak both English and Spanish fluently. It's easy to walk to the beach from their house, but they're set back about half a mile from the major resort/tourist zones, which gives it a little more intimacy than the area hotels/hostels. They're close to the local bus stops if you're interested in exploring the area or going to the beaches up the coast without having to use taxis, and I believe they had a kayak they were willing to rent out to visitors.

Lara was such a great host! I'm so glad we met. It was nice to feel to warmly welcomed by such a great family (dogs and all). I looked for you to say goodbye but couldn't find you which really just means I'll need to come back to Cabo soon and rent from you again! :). Thanks a bunch! Tell Zyon that I said goodbye and thank you again for the magic show this morning. Very impressive!!!

Had a great time and it was a perfect location! Hosts (both fluent) were quite helpful and even let us visitors/campers watch the NFL conference playoffs in their living room, god bless 'em. Some of our campmates capitalized on the fact the hosts had a visiting friend and got a trip up the coast to a surf spot out of it. Another night the campers all did a shrimp stir fry together and, of course, guitars were broken out for some Kumbaya (or the Mexican equivalent, whatever :). I would note that it's good to keep some earplugs handy, because *Mexican town*. You won't need them every night, as you're in a neighborhood, not among the tourist bars, but there will be nights a local birthday party ends with a zealous serenade in the middle of the night, etc. Staying in a sterile resort environment outside of town is probably the only way to escape this, realistically, so not worth it to me, personally.

Lara's place was great! It was simple yet I felt very safe and welcomed. I immediately felt part of the community that surrounds her place. She is very helpful, informative and friendly. I will definitely come back if I am in the area :)
