1. We had stated clearly in message that the car park with fees. You had asked us about car park fee 1 year ago , at that time it was $32 / day . All our guests parked with the fixed rate which is fluctuated from $30-$40/day (Website hidden by Airbnb) are surprised when you told that you had paid over that amount . We wished you inform us at that time , then we could provide you the great support.
2. The laundry room at our apartment floor . Guests use the laundry and we promptly reimburse them the laundry fees ! It’s no a problem at all .
3. All of our staff are friendly , honest and authentic and willing assist our guests 24/24 hour . They have always received the positive feedbacks from guests.
We hope that everything is transparent with you now and we apologize for any inconvenience you felt .
