Nice, remodeled rooms with Q-size beds in a great location. Only 15mins from Wake Med, UNC Rex, Duke Raleigh hospital, 40min from Duke and UNC. Nice Big back yard screened in patio for smoking. The rooms range from $770-$810 depending which room you choose. All utilities are included with High-speed internet, keyless entry and Alarm system.
Also, a HUGE master bedroom with a Cali King bed and a private bathroom walk-in shower monthly rate is $1150. leave a message. MUST SEND I.D BEFORE ARRIVAL

The space
Bedrooms are very spacious plenty of closet space, flat TVs in every room GREAT neighborhood with a LARGE private fenced in back yard with screened in patio nice breeze and a fire pit. You will have your privacy and enjoy your stay.

Guest access
You will have access to all parts of my home. Frontload washer/dryer, free WiFi, fully equipped kitchen and dining area back fenced in patio.

During your stay
I do enjoy socializing but have no problem giving you your space. I work long shifts so you may just see me in passing

Other things to note
You are only 10-15mins from Wake Med. UNC Rex and Duke Raleigh hospital. 40mins from Duke University (In Durham NC) and UNC hospital (In Chapel ....10min from downtown Raleigh and groceries store with a few places to eat minutes away. There is Street parking.

I have been in the medical field for over 28 years. Lived in Raleigh NC for about 19 years. My home is very clean, COVID free and in a nice area about 10-15 mins from 3 majors hospitals and same for the men and women prison for those who is working on assignment . 15min away from the Mall and 15mins from down town Raleigh. I have 3-4 bedrooms to choice from.
