The views are amazing of Adelaide Hills and the city, located on the 6th Floor, this 8.1 Star Energy Efficient Building has all the amenities of a hotel of 4 Star. The second bed is a sofa with wooden slats for a comfortable night sleep, Free wi-fi, Pay TV, landline and mobile calls throughout Australia are complimentary. This pad will help you relax in the most central part of Adelaide, where all the action happens.

The space

Our breathtaking apartment is cosy for 1-2 people, great if you work close to the city and convenient for any tourist or local for you to enjoy Adelaide, with parquetry flooring, carpet in the bedroom, 6 star energy efficient air cons, both in the room and lounge, double glazed windows, fridge, full kitchen facilities including a coffee machine and crepe maker, crystal glasses and the best china wear for your enjoyment, this apartment is better than a hotel guaranteed. You have the option of soft medium and hard pillows, and there are more than enough towels for you to have a shower three times a day. Our new washing machine will have your clothes ready in 15 min. Place them in a separate dryer for easy drying or let them hang on our clothes line on the balcony.

Guest access

Guests have 2 cards to access all areas of the building please ask where the second card is located if you need it, there is a triple security system, so all guests have to buzz at two doors, the lift needs to be accessed by apartment number before entering, the elevator will only approach your floor.
The 19th level has a barbeque and scenic 270-degree views and also has a Friday and Saturday night bar which is called SKYBAR opening days may vary and may not be open at all some weekends.
This bar can only be accessed by our guests.
The gym is located on the ground floor, and there is a bike rack on the same level in the car park section you will see a caged area, which is also accessed by the same card.
The building has an elevator, that needs to be accessed by visitors on the ground floor. You will have access to the building facilities with the same card as your door.
Loss of card or damage will incur a Fee of $100, as our cleaner will need to replace the card for you, however when you damage or lose the card any hours between 10-5 pm Monday to Friday you can swap the card for a $60 fee with the concierge, business cards with the concierge contact are available near the lift on the ground floor of the apartment.
After 5 pm the front doors will close and are only accessed by the card, unless someone exits the building, there is foot traffic in and out of the building so you would have no issues getting in to access the card if your checkin after 5pm.

Interaction with guests

I'm happy to assist all my guests in whatever they may need, i don't actually live in the state anymore, however, know enough about Adelaide to help you enjoy your stay. All manuals are located in the manuals box.

Other things to note

Your home phone is able to call anywhere in Australia, so please use it at your convenience, you can even call me on it, the PAY TV channels are there for you to use at your convenience as well, and internet is unlimited.
You have the option of soft, medium and hard pillows change them at your leisure. There are three robes for your comfort and slippers so you can have that hotel feel.
There is a sofa bed and a blow up Queen size Air bed that is super comfy.
Please ask for my video serious if you are unable to operate any of the items in the home.
Before your departure, please have the place in a clean order, please place all your rubbish in the rubbish chute, one is for recycling and one is for Garbage, all bags are in the kitchen draws, the chute is located outside the door, second to the left, the first door is an exit door and the second door is your rubbish chute for those people leaving there rubbish behind a bad review will be left. The front door has a magnetic strip which will stay open when you have fully opened the door, so you can keep your apartment door open at all times. Please avoid also having stains on any of the furniture and or the kitchen or bathroom bench tops as this will be taken from your BOND deposit, any stains left will be charged accordingly if unable to be taken out.
The washing machine takes 15 mins to wash, best to leave the towels outside and please avoid using fabric softener so the towels actually can dry our bodies.
Please be aware that all guests can check in up until 5 pm.
Your apartment will be clean when you get there, and we clean once again after you leave, if you require a cleaner on a daily basis i could arrange for it to be cleaned for you at a set rate price of $30 per hour, a daily two hours is needed if you need sheets and towels cleaned on a daily basis, lost or stolen cards to the apartment, will attract a $100 fee. Concierge can fix the card for $60 if it is the Concierge time frames between 9-5pm.
You can create a new card if you lose the card at the Concierge between 9-5pm, please also note, do not have your card near your mobile phones or near any other cards as this will deactivate the card, all de-activated card will attract the replacement fee. if the card is not working when you leave this will be deducted from your bond.

There is a garbage chute directly outside the apartment door, second door to your left as soon as you open your door. The door is labelled as recylcing and or garbage door. Your door of your apartment can stay open till you come back from the chute.

Please Verify your identity before booking this apartment either with a Driver's License or passport Please have five valid identity checks. In the apartment you may use anything you like, from time to time we have other amenities in the apartment for your use.
Please note that all manuals to operating machines are in a brown box in the kitchen cupboard. I suggest if you are going to use the washing machine, please use cycle 6, it washes and dries clothes in 2 hours.
There is a SOFA, however it is not a bed.
First aid kit is in Cupboard above Fridge.

A fantastic, really well-equipped apartment in a great location - directly opposite the Central Market, with the free tram and free buses and a supermarket within two minutes walk. The apartment is actually bigger than it looks in the photos. Stayed for over two weeks and would definitely stay here again.

This THE apartment to go for. It is modern, fully equipped, comfortable and well serviced (Thank you Georgia !!). Just across the road is the central market and the free bus stops very close by. The central shopping street is within easy walking distance and the free city tram is very close. This tram also goes to Glenelg which is the beach part of Adelaide for a very resonable cost. If you want to see Adelaide then you couldn't do better than this apartment !!

A lovely modern apartment and so conventiently located to everything. Travelling around for awhile means we have to do our laundry. The waher/dryer came in very handy. There was also an iron, but no board. There was no hairdryer either, but Emmanuel did contact us and ask how he could improve things and we suggeated both items. There is china town and fresh market and supermarket literally across the road...and a free tram stop just out side..... whar more could you want. The building is very secure and you have great views from the apartment windows. There is even a big bbq on the balcony...sadly we didnt get a chance to use it. Although we didnt get to meet Emmanuel, he called on a few occasions to make sure all was well. We would definitely go back and have already recommended it to family.

This apartment is excellent Right in the middle of the CBD , so very easy to walk anywhere etc. Also a lot of commercial parking nearby if you have a rental car I only stayed one night , but would strongly recommend this apartment. The owner has really gone to the n'th degree to ensure that everything you might possibly need etc is there. Extremely well organised and thought out , likely beats the Japanese AirBnBs I have stayed in So definitely a very very strong recommendation
