Sheepfold is a spacious eco-friendly barn conversion. It is highly insulated with triple glazing, MVHR ventilation system and solar powered hot water. It is an open plan living space, surrounded by farmland with beautiful views of North Cornwall.

Located in a small hamlet just in land from the stunning coastline of Bedruthan Steps where whales have been seen. Nearby are family friendly beaches Mawgan Porth & Porthcothan.

Quiet, rural setting with sea views over the fields & amazing sunsets.

The entrance opens into the light open-plan living space of the kitchen/dining room and relaxing lounge. The room has large glass windows which floods the space with natural light. Access to the terrace is from this double height space. There is a flat screen TV, large sofa, wood burning stove, Wifi, dining table for 8 and a well equipped kitchen.

The other side of the ground floor is made up of the family bathroom with bath / shower, basin and wc; then you continue to the master bedroom with an en suite walk in shower and basin and wc. Next door is the bunk bed room that sleeps 4 with a climbing wall, (please use responsibly and please supervise children at all times!). Upstairs there is the additional double bedroom with skylight windows.

Outside the Sheepfold.
There is parking for two cars at the front of the property. This is a shared parking area with the another building next door.

Once outside the patio doors you will find a private terrace and large raised lawn looking towards Bedruthan Steps and the sea. The garden is large with a barbecue area and garden furniture for you to enjoy Al fresco dining. A shade is provided in the summer months.

• Check Out & Check In times will need to be strictly so we can continue property between reservations.
• Booking are Friday to Friday, but we will consider all bookings & enquiries.
• Three night bookings are sometimes available up to 2 weeks in advance of booking date.
• It is a rural area so mobile and TV reception can be intermittent.
• There are some toys and DVD's there for children, but please bring your own.
• The climbing wall should be use responsibly and at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times!
• This is a dog friendly property
• We expect dog owners to clean up after their dog - Please do not put animal faeces in the general rubbish bins in the property. Charges will apply.

There is a footpath across the fields that leads to the dramatic coastline; Porth Mear, a great rock pool area for kids is accessed across boardwalks through a wetland conservation area.
Head north to Porthcothan Beach and south is the beautiful Bedruthan Steps.
A short walk round the lanes is St Eval Candle factory and outlet shop which is well worth a visit.

• Constantine Bay - 16mins - large family beach, walks & surfing.
• Eden Project - 50mins - Great on sunny and rainy days for all ages.
