Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

Internal and external staircase. Half bathroom on ground floor. Kitchen with 4 flames, oven, dishwasher and complete accessories. Sun beds at guest disposal. Outside eating table available with bbq. Air conditioning available in bedrooms.

Private garden viewing Orvieto with 2 sun beds. Private pool at 60 meters from the house reachable through a private path. Pool (14 mt x 7 mt) is open from half May to half October, 24 hours a day. Pool is shared with another house owned by us with max 4 guests.

In 1999, the Cantarelli family purchased an abandoned smallholding, known then as Podere Caiano,set in the countryside near the ancient hill town of Orvieto. They began the task of renovating the property, including several farmhouses dating back to the late 1800s. It was the start of a project that would see them create not only a winery but also accommodation for guests wanting to experience life at Lapone .
