Hi Sky: Thank you for your review for Condo #9! You're just about spot-on, as the building was built in the mid-70's, except that it's not a hotel. All of the kitchenette equipped condos located within the building are privately/individually owned. Some of the condos are at bit more updated than others, but all offer free use of the common area recreational amenities, including a laundry room...are located a stones throw from Chair-9 Restaurant, are about as close as you can stay to the entrance to the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, and are about the most inexpensive accommodations in our area. Many thanks for the neat and tidy way in which you left the condo upon departure. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we look forward to seeing you again during your next trip to Mt. Baker :) Happy trails, Dan
Mt. Baker's Snowline apartment was small but more than enough for what we needed that weekend. The location is top! Only about half an hour from the resort and right next to the bar Chair 9. And the management company is very responsive!
Response from Mt. Baker:
Hi Anna: Thank you for the great review for Condo #9. Yes, at approximately 300 square feet, the studio condo is definitely compact, but usually works well for up to two persons who are seeking basic, budget minded, accommodations that are located about as close as you can stay to the ski area. Many thanks for the neat and tidy way in which you left the condo upon departure. It was certainly a pleasure hosting you. We would highly recommend you to other hosts, and we look forward to seeing you again the next time that your travel plans include Mt. Baker :) Happy trails, Dan
WASHINGTON STATE: We're two hours north of Seattle, and 1 1/2 hours from Vancouver, BC. Our spaces are located near the mountain villages of Glacier and Maple Falls, at the magnificent gateway to the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, and the adjacent Mount Baker Ski Area!
