Hi! I'm new and I hope that you like LA TERRAZZA! it's a small compact apartment (17mq) completely furnished with kitchen and an amazing terrace (20mq) in the heart of Trastevere area in the city centre of Rome, the best spot to be for visit.
Located in a silent street at 2 min walking from restaurants, shops, bus/tram stops, supermarket, laundry and main monuments.
Gives you the opportunity to live the authenticity of Rome's city centre at cheap price, with the plus of the terrace!

The space
The apartment is a small hole designed from an architect and it have all the needs for a vacation stay: kitchen and all the utensil, fridge, Air Conditioning, iron, hairdryer and comfortable terrace with table for enjoy dinner or breakfast.
Professional cleaning service take care of cleaning and provide white 100% cotton linens and towels professionally washed, sterilized and ironed.
Shampoo and soap are complimentary too. Enjoy!

Trastevere area is considered the best area of Rome to stay because it's central, beautiful, full of restaurants/bar, supermarkets... but at the same time it conserve the PURITY of the city with local markets, fresh fruits sellers, roman old people living their home with delicious cooking smell, children playing in the park, typical italian osterias/restaurants.
