Cozy corky aprt great for people that don't want to choose between accommodations vs enjoying the beautiful island of Puerto Rico.
Room is decorated nicely but is SMALL. I HAVE A DOG!

The space
After hurricane Maria ATTENTION PLEASE READ RULES! Sometimes the island looses power but I have flashlights, battery packs and a gas powered stove.

The room has a FULL sized bed.

I am grateful that you have chosen my place for your getaway, and I am making sure to do everything in my power within my health limits to make it as memorable as possible.

Fully equipped kitchen with the following shared appliances: stove top, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, utensils, cookware, etc.

Please acknowledge that there is breakfast available, as well as condiments or snacks.

BASIC breakfast is included with the following consumables: oatmeal, milk, eggs, bread, cheese, ham. Sometimes snacks.

There is always breakfast but not necessarily the variety as in, for example, a hotel. Further more, breakfasts is not cooked or served to the guests.

the guests have the option to make their own meal and snacks. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish.  The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables used by the guests.

Fully equipped BATHROOM with the following shared amenities: shampoo, gel body wash, conditioner, body scrub, lotion, a stand to place your toothbrushes, hot water.

- Please do not rearrange the furniture.

Contains the following: lamp, coasters (please use to not ruin table), nightstand, Wi-Fi, hangers, iron and ironing board, mosquito nets in room, mosquito room spray, mosquito body spray, aloe Vera, personal bathmat (please do not leave it in the bathroom).

You also have parking secured (no security guards, just cameras)

Other things to note
Access to the building - I provide you with one master key to your aprt D and a key for your room. I check you in unless I have one of my health emergencies in which case I leave your keys in your lock box (with code) and send you video instructions to your personal phone num.

Parking - Each rental unit includes one parking space. parking is provided in the driveway in front of the Aprt. side by side (picture will be sent on how to park on your personal num.) The driveway is not suitable for sedans or smaller SUVs. If you have more than one car, you can park at the end of the block where there’s street parking available.

Pets are allowed - be responsible with potty times.

Noise - Please keep the music at a reasonable volume, if you can hear it from the shared balcony its too loud.

- If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

Towels -Please do out take the towels out of the aprt. or used for cleaning. please do not leave them on the floor you have hampers in your room.

- PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees will be applied $10.

- There shall not be smoking inside the home. although the balcony area is not included in your stay or as a reviewable area you can smoke outside. Extra cleaning fees $25 to remove odor and stains in your room may apply.

Trash bags must be disposed of in the garbage bins, conveniently located next to the parking area of the aprt.

NO DRUGS - If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

- Lastly, because this is an Airbnb in a surburban community not a hotel, and also my home, please be respectful of the property and my dog, Usagi.

Hola hola! My name is Andrea but people call me Andie. I'm many things: a volunteer, a teacher, a nanny, an artist... oh yeah, and I'm recovering from a bad car accident. Don't worry... I feel a lot better these days, even if I live with a little pain. As a chronically I’ll person I’m glad to meet you. Serving my guests, talking to them about history, art and Puerto Rico's culture has really given me strength to move forward. Meeting people from around the world in my own little living room has been the best! I've learned so much! I offer breakfast items and if you catch me in a good mood, I'll throw down my cooking skills in the kitchen. Don't be fooled, it might not be good. Since my injury I've taken the time to learn how to cook. It calms me down but makes my little Usagi hungry and hyper. My dog (Usagi) LOVES my guests and showing off her commands. Probably cause she wants a sibling but there's no way I'm getting another dog. She's too perfect... unless you mention cookies or ham. Be warned if you love her back, she will miss you, and that always breaks my heart... until the next guest comes along haha. Everyone that's on vacation doesn't know I get to go on one too when you stay over! Recomend me a good book and a hometown story. Can't wait to meet you! Bye-o
