This Island Bungalow is centrally located Walking Distance to restaurants, Pubs, Shops, and Stores it is only 1. 5 miles from Historical Cocoa Village & 7 Blocks from the Indian River Lagoon and 6 miles to cocoa beach & 8 miles to port Canaveral.
This Island Bungalows were built in the late 1930's along with the two-story home that sit on the property. (So there could be some imperfections in the units )
