Newly opened Moiety Restaurant on the ground floor of The Terminus, serving a 5 course degustation menu and interesting drinks.
Urbn Vino Urban Winery also located on the ground floor. Tours by arrangement. Urbn Vino wine sales around the corner at Wine Freedom on Vogel Street and at The Otago Farmers Market every Saturday morning.
Chinese Gardens and Toitu Otago Settlers Museum just across the road.
The Octagon (heart of the city) with iSite Visitors Centre, Dunedin Public Art Gallery and many Cafes, Pubs and Restaurants is 10 minutes walk away.

We are Steve and Antonia and we love living in Ōtepoti Dunedin! Steve, who is a structural engineer, has restored The Terminus from a dilapidated hotel built in the 1800s into contemporary apartments. Antonia who has hosted in European ski chalets, works at the Dunedin Public Art Gallery and cares for our young children. We look forward to hosting you and introducing you to The Terminus and Ōtepoti Dunedin!
