The space
This beautiful Victorian apartment is located on a quiet tree lined street amongst the hubbub of South East London's most desirable areas.
This comfortable and spacious double is equipped with everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay in London. I provide fresh linen and towels.

You can use the kitchen for light cooking. I'll provide small cupboard space for your stay.

Use of kitchen - you are very welcome to have your breakfast there and help yourself to tea and coffee throughout your stay. Use of microwave is included in the price and light use of stove. If you want to cook/use oven then that is an extra cost and is negotiable depending on your request.

The washing machine is available to guests staying 7 + nights and costs £5 a load, max one load a week. Alternatively there is a laundrette 5 mins walk from the apartment.

During your stay
I or a good friend will be around to greet you and offer any advice you need. I'll also leave my telephone number.

As a Londoner (with Irish and Spanish roots) I can be a useful source of information about places to visit, eat, drink and some of the more unusual things London has to offer. Very happy to help - just ask.

Use of the washing machine is discretionary and will be an additional fee of £5 per load/one load per week. There is a laundrette that also has driers and provides services washes 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment.

I’m happy to spend time with my guests or give them space
Hi, I’m Anne Marie, a Londoner with Irish and Spanish roots. I am excited to join Airbnb. I love meeting a variety of people from all walks of life. My work as an actor and business coach and leadership facilitator has led me to travel to interesting places, where I get the chance to experience different cultures (Azerbaijan, Moscow & St. Petersburg to name a few). I practice Reiki and have developed a passion for growing vegetables, fruit and flowers at my allotment. So, you may get lucky, and taste fresh strawberries, raspberries, grapes and figs for breakfast in the summer. The double room is spacious, light and airy, with a great orthopaedic (firm) bed. Will be lovely to meet you if you choose to come and stay... The flat is really convenient from Forest Hill Station to central London, West End and the City. My aim is to make your visit a good one, and a comfy one. Please do get in touch if you have any questions... Best, Anne Marie
