The space
This is a room for one to two people with one bed close to the city (15-20 min bus ride), parks, restaurants, shopping centres, cafes and native bush.
You will love the place because of its coziness, the location. and the views.
The place is fairly basic but we have everything you need.
Our place is ideal for travellers staying from 5 days.
Happy to help with setting up proof of address for Working Holiday Visas and provide guidance.
We are locals.
Occasionally we will share a meal and socialise but also happy for guest to have their own space too.
As I live upstairs, the flat area is separated but may be shared with other guests.

Guest access
There is a bathroom and separate shower downstairs that is shared with two other guests. There is a small kitchenette downstairs that guests may use. Also there is a kitchen upstairs in the main living area that guests are also welcome to use. There is two living areas and guest can use either. Laundry facilities are also supplied.

We are more than happy to interact and give local advice. We will do what we can to ensure you are comfortable and have what you need.

Other things to note
We have a Border Collie dog called Antix. He is a lot of fun and good with people. He usually lives outside the house in the backyard but occasionally he comes inside at night when it is cold. He will only come into the upper level of the house. Guests have everything they need on the lower level of the house but should they want to enter the upper level at night time, I advise knocking before entering as Antix can be protective and mistake it as a security threat.
We occasionally play music and sometimes have friends over.. so if you like complete silence, this may not be the place for you.
The rates you are paying per night reflect the standard of accommodation. The house is comfortable but not luxurious.

We live in a great neighbourhood and have great views towards the west over native bush.
There is a shopping centre nearby which is an approximate 8 minute walk away. There are many cafes and restaurants in the shopping centre.
We also have many nearby beaches which can be accessed by bus.
Also, the central city is only a 15-20 minute bus ride away.
The bus stop is a 2 minute walk from the house.
There is also many native bush walks in our area.
