The space
Beautifully renovated ground floor apartment with private courtyard, and one of Australia's best beaches in your front yard! This apartment has been designed with relaxation in mind. A super comfortable couch allows you to chill after a day on the beach, and both bedrooms feature high quality mattresses for the perfect nights sleep. A stones throw from some of Australia's best restaurants, and a five minute walk to boutique shopping on James Street. The only time you will be disappointed during your stay in this incredible location is when it is time to leave.

To ensure a smooth check-in process, the main booker who had placed the reservation are required to complete an online check-in form and provide a copy of their ID before arrival (this information can also be found in your booking confirmation) for a smooth process of receiving your check-in details on the day of your arrival.

*Our property is advertised with two bedrooms, which comes fully equipped with linen at no extra charge. However, the trundle bed is an additional amenity that we offer upon request. To ensure the highest level of comfort and cleanliness, we hire a professional service to provide and set up the additional linen for the sofa bed. This incurs a cost, which is why we have a $50 charge for its use
*Pets under 10 kilos are only welcome with prior approval, and I need to have advanced notice in order to get the approval through. Please don't bring your dog if you are going to leave it alone for long periods and if it is going to bark and disturb other guests and residents in the building. I also do ask that you avoid reception area and please take your fur baby in and out of the building through the underground car park, and also that you take them offsite to the park area next door to do business, in line with our body corporate by-laws. Also please be aware that I will have to charge extra cleaning fees if there is any stains or damage to carpets or furniture, or if there is excess pet hair to remove.
*No Smoking, no parties, and please respect my property and treat it as if it's your own. Missing or damaged items must be paid for.
*I have minut sensors installed in all my apartments that will alert me to any noise, smoking, or crowds during your stay, so I do ask that you respect the terms of our rental agreement. Failure to comply may result in eviction without refund.
*For any alterations such as shortening your stay, early check-in, or late check-out, please submit your request prior to arrival. These requests are subject to availability and may not be possible during peak periods or when there are back-to-back bookings. Please note that shortening your stay may result in only a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the cancellation policy that applied at the time of booking. Early check-ins and late check-outs may also incur additional charges if they impact our cleaning schedule or other reservations. We recommend making any changes as early as possible to allow us to best accommodate your request.
*Due to unexpected building works currently underway at Burleigh Beach Tower, access to outdoor areas, including balconies, may be limited during your stay. We’ve adjusted our rates with a 15% discount to reflect any inconvenience this may cause. We want all our guests to have a wonderful experience, and despite the works, we are committed to ensuring your stay remains comfortable and enjoyable.
