I am a mother of 3 and grandmother of 5. My passion has always been Italy, the art, history food, language and culture. I was born in Wales and this year I am celebrating 50 years in Italy. I am a professional in the travel industry. I have worked as a tour manager, an incentive tour expert, a local tour guide and now since 1998 I have run an upmarket b&b in my own home La Torretta Historical Home. Our guests are welcomed into a real home and can enjoy our hospitality and expertise .We have been members of the slow food movement since it was founded and host tastings, run cooking curses and introduce our guests to local specialties like the Sabina extra virgin olive oil .Our motto is slow food, slow life slow travel, ecosolidarity. My husband Roberto is an architect and his passion is ancient Rome, art and history, quality design, and in fact he has become a modern chair designer.
