*BATHROOM* Across from bedroom. same level. Bath has a Bathtub/Shower with Dual Showerhead. Ample toiletries provided.
*KITCHENETTE* Directly Left as you enter suite on top level. It is equipped with a large countertop, microwave, mini-freezer/fridge, sink, small toaster, single-serve drip coffee maker, tea kettle, coffee/tea, and kitchen/dining essentials. Also, 12-cup Coffee maker in cabinet. Includes small eating area, 2 chairs and table.
* PATIO* is directly through your back door, outside of the suite. Enjoy our pretty garden. Take in the views towards Sutro Tower. Enjoy your morning coffee/tea or the evening lighting on the patio set. Doggie guard gates provided.

SELF CHECK-IN: Guests will enter through side-entry door into garage. Enter your private code into Schlage Locking System. Code will be provided to you in Welcome Message.
SIDE-ENTRY GUEST DOOR: Is a shared entrance w another Unit.
ENTRY: Once in the Garage/Game-room the private guest suite door is straight ahead. The key will be placed in suite door lock for you. After opening door suite, the kitchenette will be to your left. Walk down the stairs leading to the bedroom, bathroom, patio and garden.
LUGGAGE DROP-OFF: Early Luggage Drop or Late Luggage Pick-up. Stored safely in the garage.
SHARED SPACES: The garden, guest-entry door and garage/lobby are shared spaces and are cleaned when needed.
LAUNDRY: Washer and Dryer are located in garage and available for your use
**We try our best to maintain a sense of peace and privacy for our guests. Sometimes we will see guests in the front of the house waiting for a ride, or they will see us in the garden with the puppy or in garage doing laundry.
**My husband and I will be visiting the garden during your stay to clean up after dogs, tidy, and water when necessary.
**We have 1 dog, Rocky, who will be going up and down back staircase to access the garden. We have installed doggie-guard gates, which can be used to prevent Rocky from entering suite patio. But he is sweet and has not been a problem at all... Guests Love Rocky!!

◇UBER LYFT or WAYMO useful to get around and AVOID the SF HILLS◇
*NO PARTIES* of any size.
*NO PETS* besides our own, are allowed on our property.
*SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE* Smoking IS allowed on Suite Patio, Back Garden, OR in front of house on Sidewalk.
*LOW SOUND of the COMMUTE* may bother lighter sleepers. we are 2 blocks away from SF General Hospital and 101 Freeway.
*HOUSE MANUAL* will greet you upon your arrival. It contains all the information you may need. PLUS, it will have *DETAILED PARKING INFO*
