• CLEANING PROTOCOL: Linens and towels are washed in industrial laundry and a specialized company is in charge of cleaning the apartment with the recommended products.
• TOURIST TAX NOT INCLUDED: Local tourist tax of the city of Barcelona is not included in the price of the reservation.
• Access to the entire apartment during your stay.
• Please read the house rules carefully.
• Only one check-in will be made per reservation at the agreed time.
• CHECKIN: from 3:00 p.m. // CHECKOUT: maximum at 11:00 a.m.
Check-in time must be organized at least 7 days before your arrival.
Otherwise, we will not be able to guarantee your checkin time.
• All reservations include 2 towels per person (one large and one small towel). Extra towel service has a cost of €4 per large towel and €2 per small towel (on request).
• All reservations include 2 sets of keys. The additional set of keys costs €50 per set of keys, must be requested 7 days in advance and a maximum of 2 extra sets of keys can only be requested.
• Additional cleaning and/or laundry service is available, should you require one. These cost €70, respectively (service on request).
• KeyFamily Apartments informs that it is not responsible for the external noise caused and coming by the neighbors of flats, apartments, adjoining houses and buildings adjacent or public spaces.
• Guest agrees to facilitate access to the apartment if necessary: to the owners, to the contracted staff of Key Family Apartments or to the competent Authorities, for maintenance or security reasons.
• Lost or abandoned objects:
KeyFamily Apartments is not responsible for the loss, theft or deterioration of personal objects forgotten or abandoned by guests on the premises or in public or shared areas, after check-out. Whether they are personal items, money, jewelry, documentation, or other objects.
Lost or forgotten objects will be kept for a period of fifteen calendar days after the check-out date. Once this period has elapsed, the guest will have no right to make any claim whatsoever. Once this period has elapsed without the guest having claimed the object, KeyFamily Apartments shall be free to dispose of it, on the understanding that that it has been abandoned voluntarily.
During this period, the guest may request the return of the object, assuming the corresponding shipping costs. The possible extra cost of import applied by the customs of the destination country is not included in the payment made for the shipment, as they are not shipping costs, but import taxes imposed by governments.
To claim any lost forgotten items, the guest must contact KeyFamily Apartments by email, providing a detailed description of the item, date of stay, name of the apartment and name of the reservation holder.
