We stayed at Drew's house over the New Year's Eve holiday weekend. There were 10 of us in total, and the house was just perfect for our needs - more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone, and only a quick 10 minute trip into downtown Asheville! It's an older house with tons of windows to let in natural light; we thought it was gorgeous! Drew was a great host - he walked us around when we arrived and was available for questions throughout our stay as needed. We really enjoyed our time in Asheville, and would definitely look to stay at Drew's place again if we come back.

A big, perfect mountain bungalow for a large group adventure in Asheville! Plenty of big, comfy bedrooms; well stocked kitchen; lots of room to spread out and really feel at home away from home. The building and its decor feel appropriately like an extension of the Biltmore Forest, in which the house is quietly secluded—and still includes a massive yard for outdoor fun. It's also perfectly situated as a jumping off point to visit spots in Asheville and beyond. Drew made communication and check in a piece of cake, and the house was spotless upon our arrival. Check out was even easier, which was helpful, given that we were a large group and all leaving separately. Many of us came from various parts of Pennsylvania, while others came from New York and Hawaii, all to reunite almost 15 years after graduating college together. Drew's house proved to be the perfect venue for this affair and we are so grateful for his hospitality!

We had an amazing time in this home. The house had so much character and is in a great location. We were close to the downtown area, hiking, tubing on the river. House had a great amount of space and the outdoor area was wonderful for our kids to run and play. Communication was great. Would definitely stay again.

We appreciated staying in a home with five bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms, as it nicely accommodated our group of 4 couples and one single. The well-stocked kitchen served us well as we dined in as well as out. We found the spacious, scenic yard and patio area enjoyable for lounging and grilling. We also enjoyed the location of the home - not far from town and situated in a lovely neighborhood. Our host greeted us upon our arrival and gave us a mini-tour of the home. He communicated well. I think there was one bath towel allotted per person, so if you do enjoy a extra - pack one or two. Otherwise, everything one could need was provided. Our ages are 24 - 65. We all had a great time - the home was clean and comfortable and suited us well!

The house worked perfectly for our group of 8, and it could have held more. The large dining area, porch, and living room made for a good place for the group to gather between our quick trips to the Biltmore Estate. The drive was very short to the entrance of the estate. A great value for the time we spent in Asheville, we would recommend it to anyone looking to have a quality gathering of quiet folks visiting this beautiful area.

Great space in a great location. It is an old house that could use some work but it is in a good condition and comfortable. I stayed there with 8 friends and we loved the fact that we had plenty of seating room to gather either at the dining room, the living room or the terrace. The location is great, right by Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The neighborhood is beautiful and I recommend going for a walk around it. Andrew was a great host.
