The space
This lovely 113 year old Home is located in a quiet neighborhood just 3 miles from downtown Louisville. Walking distance to many points of interest. An excellent coffee shop right on the corner 301 feet (Sunergos Coffee). Just in the other direction 520 feet is an Irish Grille with excellent food and drinks (Shenanigans Irish Grille). Bardstown Road two blocks is the main thoroughfare through the Highlands which has many bus stops, restaurants, bars, movie theater, comedy club, Art shops and gallery's and many shops with interesting items of interest.
