Bright and big 3-room rooftop apartment (4th floor with elevator) with a sunny balcony in lovely and cool Plagwitz.
Trams to the city center or the beautiful Kulkwitzer lake are 2 minutes away and there is a Playground on the street.
Parks, supermarkets, swimming pools, bars, etc. are all close by.

The space
The living room, dining area, and the kitchen are in one big open space. There is one bedroom with futons and floor mattresses, and another bedroom/office with a single bed and an option for floor mattresses. This room also has a balcony, facing the east, so there's a lot of sun for morning breakfasts.
The bathroom has a bathtub.
The sofa in the living room opens up to a double bed.
There is an elevator, but it is small and one still needs to go up 8 stairs.
* The apartment can get quite warm on hot sunny days. We have a few ventilators for you if needed.

Plagwitz is a cool area. There are some nice pubs and restaurants just a few minutes away. The Spinerei art and galleries complex is also very close. There are big amazing parks really close, supermarkets and everything you need. Of course the city center and the lakes are 15-20 minutes away by bike or tram.
