Best place I've stayed in! It is even better than in pictures! Very spacious, light with a comfy bed. Communication was a bit meh before arrival though. I was greeted by the lady who lives next door. Location is great to access the center of Rome if you don't mind 20-30 min walk Also the area around is nice itself with a lot of restaurants. I can recommend and definitely would stay there again!

Cosy, clean and comfy little flat in a typical Risorgimento building; terrific central location a short walk from Vatican, close to markets etc. Pretty noisy street without the windows closed. Was met by someone with keys, and neighbour/owner popped in later to check everything was ok. Good little kitchen & elegant bathroom. WiFi erratic. Fine for a short stay.

After a difficult start to our stay with neither Monica or the owners able to meet us, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rome. This is a great apartment in a good area of Rome, within walking distance of the Vatican and with easy access to the whole city. The apartment is clean in a typical Rome apartment block but street noise at nights reminded us that we should have taken earplugs!

Good location right near the Vatican. Can walk to plenty of sights and restaurants. Short walk to metro station to access all of Rome. Had a great stay.

I never met Monica, check-in was easy and the apartment is in a good location, close to the metro and to St. Peter's. There is a great restaurant around the corner, La Zanzara. However, I am compelled to mention that the apartment was not as clean as the reviews or the description said. There was black mold in the shower, and the coverlet was dirty, the whole apartment could have used a good scrubbing.

Monica's place is in a great location with good access to the Prati neighborhood, the Vatican, and the metro. It gives great access to Rome for a reasonable price. However, I was a bit disturbed by the amount of dirt, not thoroughly cleaned dishes, and hair in the apartment when I arrived. It seemed like it had not been cleaned thoroughly for quite awhile. Also, despite the fact that it says flexible checkout I was kicked out before 10 am by a cleaning person. The apartment is a good size for one or two people but a bit more cleaning and communication would be desired.

Great place to stay if you want to be close to the Vatican and in a quiet neighborhood. Otherwise it is a long walk to central Rome and most of the tourist areas. Everything else was perfect! It is a great place and spacious.
