The space
Heated swimming pool available ! In an outstanding location, only 30 min away from gorgeous beaches. The house is located on a country road with a short drive from the road to the house. It is a house with a beautiful swimming pool and huge terraces, some being shaded to enjoy outdoor dining. There is also an outdoor summer kitchen. All with fantastic views.
The house is well equipped and furnished to a good standard. The village of Comares, which is 5 minutes, by car, has bars, Banks, shops and restaurants. Malaga and the city is one hours drive from the house. You can also visit Granada in 90 minutes. The house is perfect for visiting other parts of Andalucia, like, Cordoba, Seville and Ronda. This area of Southern Spain has the best climate of all of Europe and enjoys excellent temperaturas throughout the year. Come and discover the pretty village of Comares.

All our villas are located in a wonderful natural environment and in quiet areas of the village. That is why these houses are ideal for vacations for families and groups who seek these characteristics and appreciate them. Please note, therefore, that the villas are not suitable and are not available for loud parties.

Guest access
There are no shared áreas. The villa, pool, terraces and gardens are for the sole use of the client and their group.

Other things to note
There is a refundable cleaning deposit of 300 euros, to be paid on arrival.

The heating for the pool is available from April 1 to November 15.
There is any extra cost of 190 euros, payable in advance, for heating the swimming pool.

Pet can be allowed but only after consultation and are subject to an additional fee. Pet cost: €50 per pet.

Air conditioning included with a €30 weekly fee, after which you pay for what you use by crediting the machine.

The person who makes the reservation must be 25 years or over.
Events/parties are not allowed at this house.

Monthly rentals (28 days or more) are plus electricity and pellets for the pellet stove, if you would like to use this. Electricity is charged at 0.35 euros per unit/kw and pellets can be bought from your caretaker..

Comares is a wonderful, traditional Andalusian village, nestled in beautiful landscape which offers a real opportunity to relax and unwind. It has also been voted a magical village of Spain!

Perched on the top of a hill some 740 metres above sea level, it affords some stunning views across the majestic landscape, to the coast, lake and mountains. During the day Comares sits atop its hill, clusters of whitewashed Andalusian village houses visible from a distance; at night the village lights sparkle and almost make the town appear as it is floating in the sky.

The village features as a point on the scenic Ruta de la Pasa (Route of the Raisin). The village and surrounding area brings together a happy and lively community with several local bars and restaurants.

Comares is situated 15 kilometres north of the coast as the crow flies. The city of Málaga is 35 kilometres away, a journey which takes around one hour.
