Being the only nightly rental in Sundance with a Tipi we think everyone will fall in love with this spot. We're talking a full-size luxury Tipi furnished with a comfy bed, quaint furniture, and a heater to keep you toasty at night. However, we advise that the Tipi is a seasonal option for sleeping - like the Summer season.

The cottage is small but what it lacks in space, it makes up for in charm. Come slow yourself down and enjoy the simple life as it was intended to be- you won't regret it and will want to simplify your life after spending a little time here.
