Beautiful 16th Century Grade II listed farmhouse with great views situated 2 miles from the centre of Henfield village. 5 minute walk from the Downs Link so ideal for walkers and cyclists. Spacious rooms, ample parking and a warm welcome. I do have dogs and a cat and am unfortunately not able to accept visitor's pets. The driveway of this mainly arable working farm is a bit bumpy in places & liable to be muddy. Breakfast is included with cream teas and dinner also available on request.

The space
The Meadow View room is a large airy room, south facing with views over the fields with a Superking sized bed. Private shower, toilet and basin. Tea and coffee facilities are in the room. There is plenty of shelf and hanging space for guests clothing.

Set in the countryside just five minutes walk from the Downs Link for walking and cycling. It is a quiet area, although the local wildlife (duck on the pond and foxes roaming) can be noisy sometimes!
